WHY DIGIT CREW EXISTS
The business owners I've worked with had reports. What they didn't have was clarity.
Returns were filed, numbers were on paper, but nobody was helping them actually understand what was going on or spot problems before they grew.
That frustrated me. I didn't want to run a practice that only ticks boxes...
That also means not looking away when something doesn't add up.
Some of my most important work has been helping business owners find out why the numbers weren't making sense and what was really behind it.
EXPERIENCE AND PERSPECTIVE
Over 25 years I have worked across service industries, IT, manufacturing, hospitality, construction, and more. From small owner-run operations to internationally listed groups.
No two businesses are the same, and neither are the problems hiding in their numbers.
The most common thing I see at every size? Garbage in, garbage out.
Reports are only as good as the structure and transactions behind them. More businesses than you'd think are making decisions based on numbers that don't reflect reality, simply because the foundation was never set up correctly.
These situations happen more often than most business owners expect, and they rarely look obvious until someone knows what to look for.
That is the perspective I bring to every client.

Before we adjust anything or analyse reports, we look at how the system is built. How money moves. How information is recorded. Where control is strong and where it is not.
The focus is practical. If something is not working, we fix it at system level. Not just at report level.
